Wildwood, NJ, Resort Reservation & Motel Policies |
Reservations
Rates are subject to change as of May 1, 2012. Rates do not apply
to holiday weekends, conventions or special events. A minimum
advanced reservation of three nights is required.
Deposits
Deposits are credited to last day or period reserved, and are not transferable to
future reservations. A deposit of one night’s stay is required when reserving at
least three nights. A deposit of two nights stay is required when reserving four
to seven nights. All reservations greater than seven nights require a three night
deposit. All weekly rentals require a 35% deposit.
Payment
Full payment is due on arrival using cash, traveler's checks, money order, Visa,
or MasterCard for our Wildwood NJ resort suites. Balance on specials must be paid
in cash only.
Cancellations Policy
Refunds will only be issued upon 2 week’s notice of a room cancellation. Our
Wildwood NJ resort suites E, F, G, H, I, O, and R require 30 days notice of
cancellation. All refunds are subject to a 25% service charge. Refunds will
be issued 30 days past reservation date.
Check-in/Check-out
Check-in time is any time after 3:00 pm. Check-out time is any time before
11:00 am. Reservations for your Wildwood NJ resort stay will be held until
5:00 pm unless otherwise notified.
Additional Room Policies
All units are NON-SMOKING. NO PETS are permitted in rooms, nor are bikes
or surfboards. These policies help us with room upkeep and ensure comfort
for all of our guests.
Parking
Off-street parking is available for one car per unit only.
Misrepresentation
Misrepresentation will void the reservation and will lead to forfeiture of amounts prepaid.
